Reproduction or duplication of any content contained within this website is strictly forbidden. Any breach of copyright will be pursued through the courts.

Shipping And Handling
Shipping costs quoted are for UK Mainland only (excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands). For Off-shore, Europe and Worldwide destinations that are not listed please e-mail hello@motohaus.com before making a purchase so we can calculate the cost, otherwise your order may be delayed.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to process your order the same day and ship within 48 hours. Small or low value orders are normally despatched by Royal Mail. Larger or high value orders are despatched by courier and will require a signature. We advise when possible that signed for orders are shipped to a business address to avoid delays where you may not be in to sign for a package. For International orders please allow up to 10 working days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone with the option to back order.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is included in our prices. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to remove the VAT from the final price.

All orders placed using a Credit/Debit Card through our website are securely processed by Shopify Payments.

Transaction security
All transaction information passed between Sena UK (Motohaus Powersports Ltd) and Shopify Payment’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

As we are a busy wholesaler with a distribution hub operating from the premises we are not open to the public.

Our company does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ option.
Returns Policy
If your product falls under these guidelines or is the wrong size please go to the Motohaus Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) portal, at http://motohaus.returnsportal.net/.
Create an account and follow the instructions to receive an RMA number (returns number), which is necessary so that we know which technician to send your item to once your product arrives with us.
Once this has been processed return it to Motohaus within 7 days from receipt enclosing a covering note. For your protection Motohaus strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return the item(s).When we receive the item(s) back we will contact you and offer you the correct product or a full refund within 10 working days (providing the item is in the condition as dispatched to you).
If you receive any item that is damaged or faulty, please return it to Motohaus within 7 days from receipt enclosing a covering note. For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return the item(s). When we receive the item(s) back Motohaus will contact you and offer you a replacement, repair or a full refund within 10 working days.
Please note we do not refund shipping costs unless the goods were delivered faulty or incorrectly.
Cancellations (UK Only)
Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel the contract to purchase an item within seven working days of its delivery.
Remittance Terms
On-Line orders can only be paid for by credit/debit card and PayPal.
